Suited for Change Days

The Booz Allen Hamilton Women’s Forum participated in Suited for Change Days by raising awareness, clothing and contributions at their event “Changing Seasons, Changing Lives” held on April 10, 2008 at the Ritz Carlton. Lynn Fair Homrich, Creator of Uptown Scoop shared her “Six Secrets of Owning your Own Career” with more than 150 attendees. Former SFC client and current Director, Leary Short, addressed attendees and described how SFC impacted her life. Thanks to Neil Gillespie, BAH VP and SFC Director and organizers Kelli Kolling and Jennifer Morrow for this successful event.

How do I become a Suited for Change Day Sponsor?

1) Designate a day at your organization to promote and raise money for Suited for Change during our 15th Anniversary Year from March 15, 2007-May 31, 2008.

2) Commit to raising AT least $1,500 during your Suited for Change Day.

3) Promote Suited for Change by circulating materials about what we do and what we need.

4) In addition to raising at least $1,500, you are also welcome to collect professional accessories, including currently in-style handbags, briefcases, jewelry, scarves, and shoes.

5) Call Joyce Thomas at Suited for Change (202-293-0351), or email her at joyce@suitedforchange.org to schedule your Suited for Change Day and to obtain further information.

What Will We Do For You?

1) You will have our deep gratitude and the opportunity to be part of an organization making a critical difference in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

2) If you raise at least $1,500, you will be listed as a sponsor of our Suited for Change Days on the SFC Days website page.

3) If you raise $5,000 or more, your logo will be prominently displayed on our Suited for Change Days page and a link will be made available to your organization’s homepage.

4) If you raise $5,000 or more, your name will be included in the program of our 2008 16th Annual Celebration program as a Platinum Suited for Change Day Sponsor. All sponsors of Suited for Change Days will also be listed in the program book.

5) All Suited for Change Day sponsors raising $5,000 or more will be recognized at our 16th Annual Celebration in May 2008.
