When can I make an appointment?If you are an individual seeking an appointment, please have your case manager or a representative from your organization create an account with us or call us at (202) 293-0351. ​ Our offices are open for appointments Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, twice a month on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm, and on Tuesday evenings from 4 pm to 7pm.

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
