Founded in 1992, Suited for Change is a Washington, DC–based nonprofit helping women across the DMV achieve economic independence through professional attire, career coaching, and workforce development.

We have served more than 30,000 local women through free in-person and virtual services, including professional clothing, coaching, and skills training. Our clients are connected to us through a network of more than 120 community partners across the DC region.
