On September 18, 2025, Suited for Change had the honor of being the featured nonprofit beneficiary of the 5th Annual MMM Cheers Event, hosted by Taft/Morris & Manning (formerly Morris, Martin, and Manning). Each year, this beloved celebration uplifts a local nonprofit, and this year, the MMM team chose to empower women alongside us—making it an unforgettable evening of community, connection, and cheers.

For five years, the MMM Cheers Event has commemorated nonprofit organizations making a difference in the community, and this year’s partnership felt especially meaningful. The MMM team not only celebrated Suited for Change’s mission but also stood with us in ensuring women across the DC region have the tools, confidence, and professional attire to step boldly into the workforce.
Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere at Highpoint at 1333, where colleagues, friends, and partners gathered to raise their glasses and raise awareness for women’s empowerment. The spirit of generosity and joy filled the room—echoed in conversations about the impact that Suited for Change has had over the past 33 years.

Being chosen as this year’s beneficiary meant the world to the Suited for Change team. MMM’s commitment to community and empowerment mirrors our own, and together we were able to shine a light on the incredible potential of women stepping into their futures with confidence.
