After hosting workshops with Catholic Charities this year, we have had the wonderful opportunity to see more clients like Heidi in-person and equip them with the professional attire they need to look and feel their best.
As Heidi stepped out of the dressing room in each outfit, there was no denying the growing confidence within her. Inspired by the welcoming atmosphere and encouragement from our volunteers and staff, Heidi sent the following email to her case manager to express her gratitude.
“I wanted to share with you my experience at Suited for Change today at noon by saying, first, that these ladies are just wonderful; all the clothes are organized by style and sizes; they have suits and formal wear, as well as accessories, bags, belts, scarves, and shoes.
They make listening to customers a top priority and I can tell that they develop an in-depth understanding of their customers by being good listeners. This experience is more than just a counseling, it’s a brand experience including everything at Suited for Change, from the place and design to the atmosphere and great product quality.
Every client is bound to feel special and knows that they will always get the “perfect deal” for their individual needs and get information on what looks best on you.
Suited for Change understands who their clients are, and what they are looking for. They create an emotional connection with clients and also give us counseling on how to get a job, tips of do and don’t do in an interview, and what’s next once started working on a daily basis.
It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend others to experience this same joy.”
